We only collect the data you choose to give us through our forms and communications. Depending on the form, this may include:

• name;
• email address;
• business name, city and stock range;
• how you would like to take part, where you choose to tell us;
• any message, feedback or content you share with us during the trial phase.

We do not ask for special categories of data (such as health, political or biometric data), and you should not send them to us.

We use your data only for the following purposes:

• to receive and evaluate your sign-up and manage the waiting list — based on your consent and on the steps taken at your request;
• to contact you about access to the trial phase and next steps — based on your consent and our legitimate interest in running the early-access phase;
• to improve and develop the product using aggregated responses and feedback — based on our legitimate interest in building a product that fits our users;
• to comply with legal obligations where they apply.

Where we rely on consent, you can withdraw it at any time; this does not affect the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal.

We keep the number of parties that touch your data to a minimum. To operate the site and the early-access phase, your data may be processed by service providers acting on our instructions, including:

• our website hosting provider;
• a workflow-automation service (n8n) that receives and routes form submissions;
• our email provider, used to contact you.

These providers process your data only to provide their service to us and under appropriate confidentiality and data-processing terms. We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

Where a provider processes your data outside the European Economic Area, we rely on appropriate safeguards recognised under the GDPR (such as an adequacy decision or the European Commission's standard contractual clauses) to protect it.

Our site does not use advertising or analytics cookies and does not track you across other sites. We use only what is strictly necessary for the site and its forms to work. If we introduce analytics or other non-essential cookies in the future, we will update this policy and, where required, ask for your consent first.

We keep your data only for as long as necessary to run the early-access phase and to contact you about it, and no longer than needed for the purposes above, unless a longer period is required by law. If you ask us to delete your data, or if the early-access phase ends and you do not continue with Offlot, we delete or anonymise it within a reasonable period.

Under the GDPR you have the right to access your data, to have it corrected or deleted, to restrict or object to its processing, to receive it in a portable format, and to withdraw consent at any time. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority; in Spain this is the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (AEPD).

As the product evolves, we may update this policy during the early-access phase. The current version will always be available on this page, with the date at the top. If a change is significant, we will make reasonable efforts to notify participants.
