"Offlot", "we", "us" and "our" refer to the business operating the Offlot product under the name Offlot. You can reach us at [email protected].

These terms govern your participation in the Offlot early-access and test phase (the "test phase"), including the sign-up form on our site and any communication or access we provide to you during that phase. They do not govern any future paid use of the Offlot platform, which will be covered by a separate agreement you will be asked to accept when, and if, you open an account.

When you submit your name, email and the details about your business, you are asking to reserve a place as an early-access user. You are joining a waitlist for a limited test phase. Signing up:

• does not create an account on the Offlot platform;
• does not guarantee that you will be selected for, or given access to, the test phase;
• does not require you to buy, use or continue with anything;
• does not create any obligation, exclusivity or commitment on your part towards Offlot.

Places are limited and access is offered at our discretion. We may contact you to arrange access, or we may not be able to offer you a place.

The test phase is offered free of charge and does not require a payment method. Being an early-access user does not entitle you to any future discount, preferential price, credit, free period or specific commercial condition. Any pricing, plans or offers mentioned anywhere on our site are indicative, may change, and do not constitute a binding offer. If we ever decide to extend a benefit to early users, that will be a separate, discretionary decision communicated in writing, and it is not promised by these terms.

Offlot is in active development. The features, channels, outputs, scope and behaviour of the product shown on our site or made available during the test phase are provisional and are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind. We reserve the right to change the scope of the product during the test phase, including adding, altering, pausing or removing features, based on the responses, adoption and feedback we receive from early users. Some features described in our materials may not exist yet, may work differently, or may never ship.

Participation is voluntary and non-binding. You may stop participating and ask us to delete your details at any time, for any reason, with no cost or penalty. Equally, we do not commit to providing the test phase, to keeping it running, to any level of availability, support or result, or to converting the test phase into a commercial relationship.

At the end of the test phase, or of your participation in it, we may invite you to continue with Offlot. Continuing is optional. If you choose to continue, you will be asked to create an account on the platform and to select the plan that best fits your business at that time. That step will be governed by separate terms of service, a separate privacy policy and the pricing then in effect, which you will review and accept before any paid use begins. If you choose not to continue, your participation simply ends.

During sign-up we collect the information you provide, such as your name, email, store name, city and stock range, together with any feedback or content you share during the test phase. We use this information only to evaluate and run the test phase, to contact you about access and next steps, and to improve the product. We do not sell your information and we do not share it with third parties without a lawful basis or your consent, except where needed to operate the service or required by law. We keep it only for as long as needed for these purposes. We do not have a separate privacy policy yet; this section describes how we handle your data during the test phase. You may ask us to access, correct or delete your details at any time by contacting us at [email protected].

During the test phase you may see features, screens or plans that are not public. Please treat non-public information about Offlot as confidential and do not share it externally. Any feedback, suggestions or ideas you send us about the product may be used by us freely and without restriction or obligation to you, to improve and develop Offlot.

Offlot, including its name, brand, site, software, designs and generated templates, belongs to us or our licensors. These terms do not transfer any ownership or licence to you beyond what is strictly needed to take part in the test phase. Content you upload about your own cars remains yours; you grant us permission to process it in order to provide the service during the test phase.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Offlot and its operators are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your participation in the test phase, from reliance on any provisional feature or information, or from any change to or discontinuation of the product. The test phase is provided without warranty. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including under mandatory consumer protection rules.

Because the product is still evolving, we may update these terms during the test phase. The current version will always be available at this page, with the date at the top. If a change is significant, we will make reasonable efforts to let participants know. Continuing to take part after an update means you accept the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of Spain, with reference to Valencia, Spain. This does not affect any mandatory consumer rights you may have in your country of residence.
